Criteria and Requirements
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Available to work office hours of Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM
- Staff are required to work in our offices in Wakefield or Harrogate, depending on their team
- Remote positions and flexible hours may be offered for certain circumstances
- At least 3 years+ experience in the consumer finance industry
- Customer service must be confident in English-speaking role (does not need to be first language)
